Once a product or session is paid for, there are no refunds allowed, for any reason. You can only upgrade to a new product or exchange for a new product of same value of purchase. Credits will be made for future services in the event of a cancelled session. (See cancellation policy below.)
Sessions (excluding weddings) must be rescheduled at least 72 hours in advance. This is not the case for photographer/client mutual rescheduling due to weather conditions.
